I hate it when people use those words to describe something stupid. It really gets on my nerves. Don’t be foolish and don’t be an idiot.

 I totally agree. BUUUUUT there is a thin line between retarded and gay. How many times have you questioned someones sexuality and then  found out they were really just retarded? It happens to me all the time. He’s so nice and laughs at everything you say and loves cake. Gay or retarded? Gawd, so confusing.

I was totally following you until the “likes cake” part.  Replace “cake” with “quiche” and I’m back with you.

That said, I’m sometimes guilty of referring to things that I don’t like as “gay”, which, as a gay man, is incredibly hypocritical.  Before I came out, I think it was a way for me to fit in with everyone and deflect that suspicion of homosexuality off of myself.  Now it’s just become a dirty habit I’m not proud of.  Like spitting.*

And when you have Hilary Duff telling you something is wrong, it must be wrong.
